i think its pretty darn cool. I would work on the coloring, you can make up alot of sculpt detail with killer paint up. that blue eye needs a "dead" make over, but Im sure you know that. Sculpt wise i think everyone so far has covered it, just focus on the paint detail and texture.

I know, Im just saying work on the detail through the paint, dont sweat the sculpt. use the paint up to show skin texture. Unless you just feel like sculpting this again.
