I don't understand this whole thing exactly, so please don't get fired up over my response... but did you want a refund because it didn't fit you? I mean, unless he specified in the auction that "this mask is made to wear for most adult sized heads" then I don't think you have a right to return it or demand a new one? I've had masks that were far too tight to wear and far too large, I've never once heard of someone getting a refund or a free mask from it.I don't see how he's "con-ing" you just because he won't send you a free mask. Did you get a response after showing him the pictures of it in your possession, if you did show him? Maybe you should deal with him fully through before bashing him all over the forums.I know you're the victim here, but it seems like placing him a "con artist" is a bit much. I also feel your feedback isn't what boosted the masks price.I'd also like to add I have no idea who the sellar is, this was just my input from an outside view of this issue.
All I can say is that He did lie to you but other wise all he did was play you. Making you think something was going to happen that he had no real intention of doing.

Why make a whole too do on a board about it if he hasnt even responded yet? Now that he see's you didnt sell it you should wait for a response.Him offering you a free mask is a gift, he isnt required to do so what so ever. What paypal claim or ebay complaint could you possibly make "he didnt keep his word about a free mask." the auction didnt say "will fit sirbrads head".
