    <i>John Hughes</i> is my second favorite writer/director of all-time behind only <i>John Carpenter</i>. He has always been an inspiration to me in life and in work. He was a true talent. I learned more about character and family from his films then I ever did from growing up at home. My library of favorite movies is filled with <i>Hughes</i> films, and it <i>always</i> will be. Rest in peace John. -s
