I have been trying different color mixes to find an ideal part 7 shade, It has always been extremely hard to find a good color for this perticular mask. please let me know what you guys think. (especially you Frank, lol) I love the lighter colored one because its really dirty and nasty but when I compare the darker ones to screen caps and such they are obviously much more accurate.

In the outside shot.the lighter one looks much more accurate, and is the best looking out of the 3.The screen hockey masks were not that dark, as the lighting in the movie makes it appear that way.Great job on them by the way!!!

When I first started making hockey masks I wasnt aiming for accuracy I more or less just wanted to make some cool looking hockey masks and I used to make the prop damage on my part 7's very dark and dirty, but these days Im aiming on getting my masks as screen accurate as I see them with my eyes so I usually use this pic of one of the screen used as one of my references. Thanks for the compliments guys <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" />

That is the pic I use as well, and the lighter one you did really matches that pic the best if you are going for accuracy that is.

I do love your pt 7's, need to grab one one of these days soon!!!!!! Werent' there several hockey masks worn in the film??? Besides the one they blew up???? I count 3 hockey masks....... i wasnt sayin the damage should be disgustingly done up, but a little more detail, although it is hard to see the prop damage from the angles you showed from......but all in all they look f'n incredible bro... what blanks are they??Frank

I will be moving on to JDF blanks right away. These blanks I use are from Josh at Horrorconcepts, Great guy to deal with, and great prices.
