i didnt mind the film other than the book selling was really boring, and the fact that loomis just didnt care!also the ghost images was really stupid and lame.Other than those two aspects i enjoyed it.
H2 was a complete disappointment and a waste of $10 & I normally enjoy Rob's movies but this one was awful. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yucky.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":yucky:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"yucky.gif\" /> The millions of cuts & camcorder style footage makes you dizzy. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":wacko:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wacko.gif\" /> I went right into Final Destination right after seeing H2.Final Destination was better in the first ten minutes than the whole H2 movie.
So this last night, downloaded it as there isn't even a release date yet for the UK? and with everyone not liking this remake, i couldn't wait to see it. And what a waste of time it is pretty crap lol, doesn't feel like a Halloween film at all nor a Zombie film! it was boaring and the script was just stupid. On the plus side the killings are pretty good and i must say i love how Myers groans when he's killing, as thats a first and makes him feel more human-ish to me.
Saw it last night. The movie was amazing! Couldn't expect better. I loved pretty much everything in it, the kills were brutals, the characters were well developped, the movie had a good dark ambiance. The overall weird feeling was a good point for me as I love weird stuff like Miike's movie ahahahaha If you consider the movie for a MOVIE, its really amazing. If you look at it with your mind turned into a remake or an Halloween film you might be disapointed.

the saddest part to me is that scout's acting was actually very well done. poor girl was the best part of the film and probably wont even be recognized due to its horrible writing <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"sad.gif\" />shes a cutie, too
<b>I LOVE the first RZ one, I backed up this sequel to all the RZ haters before it came out...after seeing it last night...I hate RZ too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst Halloween of the franchise, 15 people left my theatre throughout, and I was shocked. Well, its Rob Zombie.... When I saw RZ Halloween remake I thought this was really bad (because I saw it as a remake first), but I liked many things about it.... After many viewing I began to see the movie itself and liked it a little, but with many, many, many thing I disliked. The fact it was a remake forced RZ to put some stuff in it and rush the second half with no suspense... Now it the sequel, Rob stated many times that it was HIS vision and that it wasn't a remake of anything, so I just think that HIS vision wouldn't have anything to do with Halloween hahahahaha I when to the theater with no expectation of Halloween kind of movie... I just when to watch a movie. I watched it without looking for every mistake that is not good for an Halloween film. I wasn't going to complaint every 2 shots! I'm sure plenty of people went there just to bash even more the movie. Not everyone, but I'm sure there's many that has done this. I read that many person was leaving before the end.... I understand, the movie is so weird, different and brutal that they just don't like it.At least you got the same characters well developped compared to the first installement. He really took the story where he wanted. the fact that I was confused about the movie when I walked out of the theater for an Halloween film is what I mean by "People who wanted an Halloween film". The movie is just "different". I think its really refreshing. I don't think that its worst than having micheal layed down near a fisherman for a year than having Micheal in the woods.... I better have something visually stunning and with a weird feeling than having micheal as an hitman (not talking about the producer's cut which is really good)... Seriously, I've seen worst in the series. At least this was dark, serious and weird.
