I don't want to take all of the credit. This is a joint project between Chris Grantner and myself. It was originally his idea to come out with this glove. I found the materials for the knives and am providing the templates for it. This glove will be available on both of our websites. (knifegloves.com / razorgloves.com). We're still working out the details but both of us will be offering this glove. You get even more choices now because you can even choose between two different builders. I'm trying to contact Chris to see if the prices are going to be the same.

The basic version will be $275. It will basically be a Deluxe Hero with the high-quality blades and real beveling. I will offer upgrades if you so choose, such as having the blades spot polished so it has a complete mirror finish. This will push the glove to $300. Then, the second model will be a glove for $325 and it will feature 20 oz copper (instead of 16 oz for the basic model) and non-spot polished blades. And then for $350, it will come with the polished blades. So, it'll offer everyone some choices.<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndSo exciting. I'm sure all the versions will be amazing. Bare with me here, not trying to be annoying but which would be inspired closest to the original. The one featuring the 20oz copper? Also were the blades mirror on the original glove featured in the movie?

I may even replicate the ACTUAL blade break. But I'm thinking of not doing that to not jeopardize the integrity and strength of the blade. It'd suck if it were to snap off. Simulating the break might be the best way to go still.

Thanks Mark for the clarification. Um, yeah, simulating the break for mine (which is your first order right? lol) would be my preference, thanks ; ) My luck with an actual break recreation it would snap off within 5 minutes, lol.On another note, I've been searching all over the place trying to learn as much as I can about the original glove but have yet to find a really good resource. Can anyone recommend or point me in a direction?

Depends on what you are trying to find out about it. I know the glove like the back of my hand right about now. LOL.

The simulated blade break would be a cool addition to the glove! Now Mark since you are making this glove so awesome I hope that you don't disappear at some point like a lot of great prop makers out there.

I will promise you 110% on my life and my grandmother's grave (she passed last week) that I will NOT disappear. I'll eventually quit making gloves but who knows when that will be. But I promise to not give anyone the shaft. I know other builders have also offered their word so all I can do is prove it.
