ROFL! I just got this email from someone... thought it was hilarious. This guy wanted to buy these new tempered steel blades on his glove but pissed and moaned when I told him it would increase the price. So, I told him to find someone else that offers real knife steel on a glove while retaining that true knife look (the accurate thin-looking blades). He wrote me this:"Well, you told me to try and find someone better than you, .... so i did. And honestly i was impressed with your work ..... until i saw something so much better. Im really glad i didn't waste my money on your cheap imitations, i can use that money to buy a glove from someone who actually knows what their doing. . . .www.NightmareGloves.com . . . don't quit your day job buddy . . . . ."I can now sleep soundly tonight.

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-a-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

Anders' are nice, but he doesn't put close to the amount of attention to accuracy as you do. He's been doing it for years, so he makes them as he remembers. His look straight of the boiler room, but yours are more off the screen. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> That confuses me a bit though... Aren't his already in that high price range? <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mellow.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"mellow.gif\" /> Who is that guy anyways? Does he go to this forum?

That confused me a bit as well... he complained about spending so much for the glove yet said he was going with nightmaregloves.com instead. Uhhh... the part 1 sells for $275 and isn't really that accurate in my opinion. Also, I feel that Anders' work is pretty inconsistent. I saw a recent Part 1 glove by him and the fingers had a bunch of spots on it.. made it look polka-dotted. He uses steak knife steel for his blades but they just don't look like the blades on the original glove. They're too thick, not polished enough, and (I believe) shaped wrong to be considered screen-accurate. I've decided to offer two versions of this new glove. $250 for a Deluxe Hero (it won't be called the Hero though) with the new blades... and $325 for the same glove with 20 oz copper instead. I hope to finish the new glove within a couple of days.

I went with NG for a few different reasons 1. I like the leather glove he uses and how he weathers it 2. He sharpens the blades and 3. You werent taking orders. I will probably be picking up your "ressurection" glove sometime in the future though as it is what seems to be the most accurate.<img src=\"http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y81/JackCapersTheVillain/DSC09653-2.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />
