Funny thing is as of rite now he has no solid plans on building gloves anymore just filing his old orders. So you guys should stop trying to pick the man apart? Think about this maybe he isn't back to do the rite thing.. Maybe he's back because this is what he wants to do?.. He hasn't stolen from anyone to be quite blunt.

I agree with Daz...We can't very reasonably ascribe motive or intentions to Ken either way because none of us truly knows the reasons for his repeated disappearances (aside from his reports). Maybe he is a mostly honest guy with really bad luck, or maybe he is a bad guy with periods of guilt and conscience. Maybe it's a mix. We don't really know. But the fact that he does continually return suggests he isn't wholly evil.In my experience, aside from one very long wait time (over a year, during one disappearance, back when he was on eBay), things went very well. He was very friendly and delivered on everything that I ordered, including two custom gloves (five gloves total).I <b>do</b> critique Ken for having resumed some bad (risky) business practices after having even one instance of problems. He said initially after the first incident that he would just fill outstanding orders, then that he would only sell gloves after they were built (this was a good plan in my opinion). But then he did some "final runs", taking pre-orders before gloves were built, which always lead to problems like these...My personal feeling is that Ken is a pretty honest guy but has some reliability issues and has made bad business decisions in light of those issues.My only question is: how many glove builders will it take in the history of the universe for all them to finally <b>stop taking pre-orders (with money) on unbuilt gloves</b>? It's a really simple notion, and it solves almost all of these types of problems...

Ok this will be my last post to this thread because I see that this is going nowhere. But anyway....Doesn't anyone else find it a little odd that Ken's stint of bad luck occurred once again right after he held two major glove sales and a few glove raffles? Then the mighty Houdini act..........So for all of you who plan to do business with Ken again more power too you and good luck. Better all you than me. I can't wait for the next whining Ken took are money again and disappeared thread!So here is my plan I'm gonna make a sweet asss zombie mask all i ask is for you to do is send $150 to my paypal account. I don't no when its actually going into production or when i will get around to filling the orders. But don't worry. If you email me i'm not gonna respond and ignore you like the plague. I will eventually get back to you and make good on the mask so don't worry I'm not a shady crooked person just somebody with some life issues. I've seen him pop up and disappear so much that I've lost count over the years. The last time he went MIA, he asked me to collect all of his past orders because he had "lost" them to which I did and I still don't know if he made good on them. I know he didn't on some, because I got a message just a couple of weeks ago wanting to know if I knew anything or had heard from him. I spoke to him on messenger the other day as well, and he played his little game with "I don't want to get into what happened, but I'm okay" and mentioned it several times to the point that I got the feeling that he wanted me to ask him to tell me what it was. Truth is, I don't care. The first night I saw him on, I sent him a flame for screwing people and bringing me into it when I was just trying to help him out. Next time I talk to him, he's super nice like nothing ever happened at all.Also...the whole "he has no solid plans for building gloves anymore isn't what he told me. I was told that he's going to fill his order and is working on new gloves as we speak. He told me that he wasn't planning on taking new orders soon but he was in fact working on new stuff. I told him maybe if he ever gets his stuff straight I might get one, but there's no way I'd buy it from him, I'd get it second hand. While you sit here and praise him for being such a stand up guy, remember one thing...Ken set his online status here to private so NO ONE could ever see when he was online. DO YOU THINK HE WASN'T LURKING THIS WHOLE TIME??? He closed down his YouTube account so people couldn't message him there anymore. He changed his email address so none of his old customers could get into contact with him anymore. Stand up guy, huh?I totally agree with what Larry and Jared have said...I think he's back because there's a new movie coming out and he'll start taking orders again as soon as he gets these out. I have no doubt he'll probably make good on the orders he has out right now, and then I firmly believe that he will start selling new gloves and disappear with the proceeds again. One more thing...have you ever asked yourself how one person can have so much tragedy in their lives, several times IMMEDIATELY AFTER taking a load of orders?Believe what you want but I feel sorry for how far out of your way you're going to kid yourself.-JosephOh, one more thing...why is he posting all this crap on the Kruegear forums when this is where he made almost all of his sales? Ok so People keep asking me did you see what they are saying over at night owl. I told everyone all the people I owe That I am working on new designs, these where from before I went missing as you would say. So this is nothing new. The reason is I will be upgrading all of the orders I owe for the delay that is why I really am working on new designs you are right but for the wrong reasons. Now dont get me wrong I may put a glove on ebay from time to time thats it really. As far as building you a glove wellThis was not definate it was infact maybe after these orders are done and this was only because I thought we where cool. I dont see a problem with making a glove for a friend from time to time theres nothing wrong with that.But as far as putting my whole time into it NO WAY! The only person who had access to my computer is my girlfrined who would be harrased thru messenger and IM's She closed my youtube page because phone numbers where being misused and She had no choice. Again emails where not changed they are still there this new address was only for my waiting customers so I can keep track of everything in one location. Keep it simple.And lastly Why Do I post at kruegear and not here well just read this thread and you can make the connection. There is no need to go out of my way so pepole who dont have gloves on order can bash me it really is none of thier concern. I have a glove on order from Ken, and I can say I'm satisfied with how he is approaching the situation. Sure, apologizing for what happened doesn't make up for it, but he's trying his best to make things right. You all seem happier to call him a thief than a man who made some bad decisions and is trying to make up for them.Larry, if you remember, at the time of the F13 remake release, the only popular masks out there were remake hockey masks and under masks. Same with Halloween.Ken's been keeping me updated on MSN and I'm appreciative that he's back, but I don't think he's a great businessman, and I'm sure he knows that himself. He even told me that if he ever does sell gloves again, it'll most likely be pre-made gloves on eBay. Is that not honest?The most important thing is that his customers are satisfied. As far as I'm concerned, he doesn't need to explain himself, he just needs to make up for what was done; he's doing just that.
