I can't wait to see what sequels we get off this as they could totally take it a new direction,maybe even bring freddy back to life properly. I just hope to god they don't remake Freddys Revenge! That was a bad film first time round!

All I'm expecting from this film is for it to open up the franchise and be the path way to more films. I don't expect anything in the way of surprises and I think from the trailer a lot of people will be leaving the cinema thinking that they have seen nothing new here and for me thats perfectly fine. I'll be glad that they don't mess with it too much and I'm more so looking forward to them getting part 2 in production after they make the money off this one and then we can really start to see a new and hopefully better franchise open up, all they have to do is take 90% of anything done from the original pt 4 onwards and bin it and they will have a very succesful franchise to finaly say to horror fans , we got it right this time. I like the makeup from what I've seen As far as the voice goes I really don't give a Sheep lol at least Freddy has a voice. I think people are spoilt with the character compared to other Horror slashers , there's too much about Freddy that makes him an easy target to pick at <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":tongue:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> the trailer looks fresh yet classic and respectful, the only thing I honestly think people need to worry about with this film and so many others remakes and new horror films like it is the quality of the support actors as they can really make or break how you feel towards a film all depending on their performances.any one got more screen caps of his face ? I want to get sculpting <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":biggrin:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" />

The openings in the side of his face and a new opening on the bridge of his nose were unexpected after we had seen the look of Freddy in the previous trailer. So, who knows if they changed anything else other than what we've seen. We'll probably need to wait until we get a full-on look of his entire face.

The trailers that have been put out so far have made this film look promising. I've never been a real big fan of Freddy simply for the fact that he was a comedian in a majority of the films and it was too comical for me. This on the other hand features a much more realistic and sinister Krueger. It almost seems as if I went and seen this film I could possibly have trouble sleeping afterward; which is what they're going for. Can't wait to see this in the theaters.
