Thanks JohnP, that's pretty classy of you <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> Custmcraft, I was keeping the details a secret because they took me years to find and I wanted to get a few more before everybody else started looking for them too. However, since I have enough for myself now and JohnP is on to me, there's no point in trying to keep the brand a secret anymore. On top of that, I'd like to help the hobby however I can, so...they're case xx P210 knives. I'm well aware that Jim Doyle mentioned the ekco knives on the documentary. Because of this, I started my obsession with ekco years ago. I researched their products and bought countless vintage ekco knives but none of them matched up quite right. There are many very unique details to the original knives that are evident in deleted scenes and in the opening build sequence. Many of these have to do with the bevel or the steel which is under the handle. I'm confident that I've seen just about every ekco knife from the 70's and 80's. I'm not sure why Mr. Doyle said they were ekco but maybe he picked out a few ekco knives when he did the drawing and Lou ended up switching the brand before the final build. I don't know. Of course, maybe he was right afterall and they were ekco. However, I recently obtained information from a very reliable source that, as far as I'm concerned, confirms that these are the orignal make/model knives used on the film. Here are a few more pics. I included some shots of a few ekco brand knives that I own at the bottom (and a couple other brands). I originally believed a couple of these to be the authentic make/models. There are also pics of a couple other knives that you may recognize from the doc. Good luck on ebay everybody lol

Once enough people read this thread, the average price of these knives is sure to increase by about $30 each! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"laugh.gif\" /> Oh well...Either way, thanks for informing us of such a great find, DAKAZA. It is most appreciated.Cheers,Ryan

Thanks for sharing. Now its sure that if there's one of these knifes for sale on eBay it will go the same day hahaha. I hope though that glovemakers will get their hands on them to make an ultimate version.
