Can Someone Vouch For Me Really Quick?

Hey guys,I recently sold my green goblin helmet. I promised to ship it on Saturday, but by the time I got packing supplies, the post office was closed. The post office closest to my office closes at noon every day, so that's a pain. I am definitely going to ship the helmet tomorrow assuming I have money. The buyer got scared by my delay and filed a dispute with paypal. I now have -$1,355.28 in my account, so I couldn't send his helmet if I tried. I promised to have it out tomorrow, I'll come into work late so I can get there in the morning. But the buyer isnt sure and is afraid to close the dispute to release the funds. I've never had a bad transaction and was hoping someone could give my buyer a little confidence in me. I really feel terrible about the delay and want to resolve this asap.I fully realize this is my fault. He sent a couple PMs yesterday which I didnt know about until today. The transaction was only 7 days ago. I can understand his concern, but I feel he jumped the gun.Thanks!

i had this same thing happen to me last year.i told the guy unless you release the funds i cannot ship your item.it had only been 4 days .he realized what i was saying and closed the dispute .but i had to do the same thing you are make a public post .people jump the gun.sometimes it takes a few days to get things wrapped up people need to understand that.i have heard nothing but good stuff about you..tommy
