    Painted Up A Vs Hock For Halloween

    Well, needed a VS Hockey Mask for halloween so..............

    about 20 black and brown water washes later.
    I think it has that rained on mud covered look I was going for. I mixed brown paint w/ water and black paint w/ water. Then took a sponge and let the \'water\' dribble down the Hockey Mask while I \'freezed\' it in place with a blowtorch. it worked out well cuz I got the paint to dry while it was running down the mask, thereby getting the rained on look. It\'s only the 3rd Hockey Mask I\'ve painted since I tend to focus more on glove work, lol. But I\'m happy with it.

    Oh yeah, and I didn\'t melt the mask, lol.
