Update, she got home today, says she is in love, but no one would marry them. Not sure what she is gonna do next, she has said move there if he cant come here.

I dont care if she is an adult i would hold her down and not let ur go. Or say that your coming with her and see if he still wants her to come, its not that ur really going but after he hears that he might stop talking to her and show his true side?

On the plus side of all of this, if something seedy was going to occur, it would have occurred on her first trip there.
