So I started with an un finished basement. Just poured concrete walls. Did all the work myself. Wanted to do a Pirates of the Caribbean bar and a Haunted Mansion home theater.
I will spare you guys all the build progress pics...even though there is still alot to do, I feel I have something to show. Today I cut skulls into the cabinet doors for the cabinets going behind the bar. Where you see that giant stereo behind the bar is where 2 skull cabinets will go with a butcher block counter top. Also take notice of the light box I built over the bar.
Not sure if it\'s in the pics but I made wainscotting for the walls in the t.v. room (none of the furniture in the t.v. room will be there it was just for a small party we had.)
The theater has a 70" t.v. and will eventually have the haunted mansion wallpaper.
I bought the 2 corner booths at garage sales, I stripped the one in the pics down, burned it and restained it. The table, I cut groove lines to look like it was separate boards and then cut in metal straps with rivets.
These rooms will be used to display my masks and props...althought I sold alot of them to fund this project.
Sorry for the large pics, I have no idea what I\'m doing.
