A while back I showed pics of my mass produced TCM mask, and how I fixed up the hair and such. It was suggested to me to cut out the mouth. I kinda liked the way the mouth looked, so I kept it.....but you ever get bored with something? Happened to me. So I got out the scissors and went to work ( a whole minute\'s worth) and thought I\'d post up some pics of what it looks like now. I think it looks awesome displayed, but looks ridiculous worn, unless you have some billy bob teeth, then it\'s perfect! I\'ll get in costume and take some pics tomorrow to show you what I mean. I honestly can\'t believe the detail that was put into this mask. I was lucky, because I\'ve seen some versions of this mask that looked like they couldn\'t care less what it was painted up like. So it\'s great I got to see it before buying it. Well anyway, on to the pics.

There you have it. My collection finally looks the way I want it, and I believe it\'s as complete as it\'s going to get, but don\'t quote me, as I\'m seeing a lot of new masks popping up that I\'m keeping my eyes on. If you want to see my small collection, I made a little webpage for them. Click here to check it out. Let me know if you think the mask is improved or ruined. I might be able to glue the pieces back together Tongue haha

I think it looks way better without the teeth I did the same to mine
I also cut the back of the neck off where it looks like the actors neck
I keeped the teeth so I can just set it inside the mask from time to time
But looks awesome bro Wink

Oh yeah forgot about that. Cutting off the back with the NLC junk on it was the first thing I did upon bringing it home. I don\'t have the luxury of putting the latex teeth back, because it\'s cut in seven pieces right now, lol. No worries though, as I like it much better this way. Thanks for the comments.

Yeah, but I\'m going to have to think about it some more. Not sure how I would go about it, except to cut a large slit all the way up under the wig and overlap it. Or to cut out the section so there\'s a space and glue it back together. Any suggestions on what exactly to do to make it work would be appreciated.

that thing looks 10 times better now.....very nice!

i wouldnt bother making it smaller unless u are gonna wear it.....but it looks good like that if ur gonna display it..

if u do wanna make it smaller just cut it into the right pieces and literally sew it back together...
