Ummm... it\'s kinda tough, especially with the rivets I used to put that glove on. What you have to do is take a drill, and drill a hole directly in the center of the rivet, kinda messing with the entire function of the rivet. Then you have to take a screwdriver, or something similar, and pry it apart, work it and wriggle it until it comes out. Make sure you drill all the way through the rivet, and try to avoid making the hole in the copper any thicker than it already is. Then to add another glove, make SURE it fits the right way, and proceed to rivet it back onto the leather glove. You may want a small square of copper on the inside of the leather glove to keep the rivet from ripping a hole in the glove, and thus defeating the purpose of the rivet altogether. I hope this helps!!! Take care!

yeah that also works great with pop rivets too or after drilling you can use an awl or a center punch and lightly hit it with a hammer and maybe if ya want it quicker or whatever you can just grind the head of the rivet off and take it uot with whatever

Dremel would work perfectly, with the drill bit, drill hte center of it, then pry it off with a flathead screwdriver.
