Quote:I agree with you guys that DMC can be inconsistant. I know this cause ive owned a mask from them and wasn\'t to happy with it. In regards to the 6 mask, watch the film. You\'ll see what i mean. I even have a 6 from Justin and it looks almost identical to the one that Lammert has. The mask is not suppose to look white. Even in the beginning of the movie, the mask isn\'t pure white. As i said in a previous reply in this thread, the scene that best shows the mask i think is the part where he puts the girls face through the mirror in the trailor home bathroom scene. Not to mention, go look on C.J.\'s site and look at the "FEARSOME THREESOME" photo, and you\'ll see the mask is a dirty brownish/yellow color.

I know this is a matter of opinion, and that\'s cool. GOH does have a screen used mask to go off of so that\'s always a big plus. But it\'s also cool that DMC will custome paint your mask upon request. So i guess if you are going to order from them and are afraid that you may get a mask that isn\'t up to your standards, send them a picture of the mask your getting and tell them you want it painted just like in the photo you send them. Also, since their masks come out of the original mold, the masks are going to be the correct size. Where as, masks made from a mold made from a mask, the mask is going to be smaller correct?? Im not sure about that though so feel free to disagree.

Very true. The mask in part 6 had more of a dirty browinsh tint to it. The one Lammert has (at least te one in the pic of him wearing it) looks a little dark IMO but I think its just the camera.

I personally think DMC will do everything in their power to make their clients happy... Ive now purchased all but one mask from them... IF I had a problem with a mask... they would tell me to ship it back and they would repaint it OR they offered to send me a free mask! Sure some of their stuff may slip here or there... but I (again) personally think they are a VERY good company to deal with and do offer exceptional quality work!

DMC\'s are nice but I wouldn\'t buy one, for that price go with Cropsy, and be asured you\'re gonna get a perfect mask. WAY to much question of paint when buying from DMC, just look at Gary\'s, quick heavy passes of orange with the airbrush, you can tell the guy was rushed. Dan brought up a GREAT point when he said there wouldn\'t be F13 fans working on the masks, that is a key point when doing something like that!! You can see the rabid fan comming through in Justin or Cropsy\'s work, it really sets their pieces off.

Still, nice additions Lammert, you lucked out!

Great masks. I was trying to decide on either getting a part 3 or part 4 version 2 any suggestions to which one is best? I have a part 5 dream mask, but gave it a different paint job.

    Here\'s My 4 and 5 from them

    [Image: Dsc00055.jpg][Image: Dsc00056.jpg]

I\'m very happy with both. On the inside of my part 5 near the top it\'s signed "DMC 2002" with a paint marker.
