On powerDVD, just right-click the dvd screen, and the first option should be "Show/Hide Menus". Then check all the boxes.

What version are you using? I\'m using version 5. Looks like this:

5, but I cant get the interface to come up..... I have the basic controls at the bottom of the screen but I need the interface to capture....

If the controls are at the bottom, there is a capture button there as well. Here:

It will copy the image to the clipboard by default, but you can change the settings by clicking the hammer and nail button and click "Advanced" at the bottom on the player setting tab.
