    Actually, I didn\'t slice my thumb. I was boring out the holes in the stainless steel backplate when the drill bit broke. through my thumb nail, the bone and out the other side! Huh Before the drill had a chance to stop, I gunned it and backed it back out. I was bleeding like a stuck pig.

    did it go into the nail and go thru at an angle? The one pic that shows the bottom shows the hole on the opposite side!
