I had this idea in my head for an F13 story for over a year now and was wondering if some of you guys could give me some advice on how I should write it, should I write it like a novel or script/screenplay? Here\'s a synopsis of what I have written so far,
Synopsis
When Special FBI Agents Mulder and Scully get called out to a small lake town in MA to investigate severall grisly mureders committed by a serial killer dubbed the Lakeside Slasher, they soon arrest a former mental patiant named Tommy Jarvis. At fist it seems like an open and shut case but after Tommy tells the two FBI agents the legend of Jason Voorhees, Mulder starts to belive that there may be some truth to Tommy\'s story and that he may in fact be innocent.
Before Tommy can be charged with the Lakeside slayings, Mulder risks his job and breaks Tommy out of the local jail after hearing that Camp Crystal Lake, the place where most of the murders have taken place has been rented for the weekend by a group of friends.
As Mulder and Tommy race against the clock to get to the camp and try to find a way to stop the unstoppable killer Jason Voorhees, Scully who is still skeptical of the story digs through some old records hoping to find any info she can on Tommy or the Voorhees legend. She soon discovers that Tommy has been diagnosed as a "dangerous psychotic" and fears for Mulders saftey.
Meanwhile back at the camp, a group of eight friends are unknowingly being stalked by the masked killer. Can Mulder and Tommy make it in time to save the young couples before they are all brutally slaughtered one by one and can Tommy finally find a way to put Jason Voorhees back in his grave for good this time?
I\'ve had this writtin for a while now and am more than likely gonna go back and make some changes but I was wondering if any of you guys would like to give me some advice, tips or even suggestions for the story as Jason fans. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
