OK, short mission...sort of...

It\'s called a PVC Double Wye- or Cross Wye, but I can\'t find it in 3/4" or 1/2"

are we talking about some kinda canned foam or like pieces of nerf? I just really think it would be cool to build one of those...what kinda cost am I looking at for just the mannequin parts...(not counting costume and mask)
