Dominion: The Prequel To The Exorcist

for some reason I had a brain fart when I saw this at Blockbuster
deep in my subconscious (the mental activities just below the threshold of consciousness) I knew it was not the same movie as Exorcist: the beginning.

BIG UPS to The Gollem Walks for helping me realize this once again..even though he was IMing me to tell me that I looked like dweezle zappa.

I am going to rent it real soon if not today when Blockbuster opens. I\'m hoping it might be better than exorcist: the beginning..or will be fun to make a comparison anyway.

It is basically the same storyline as Exorcist: The Beginning.....I have no idea why both movies were made.

okay, here is the lowdown on dominion and the beginning. The studio originally hired a director and he made his prequel film, which was dominion. Once the film was complete for the most part, the studios heads watched it....and hated it. They hated it so much, they fired the director and hired another director. The new director scrapped the entire movie and filmed a brand new one, which was callled The Beginning. This is the one they released in the theaters. It did so poorly overall, that the studio figured they needed to make some of its money back, so they finished up dominion and put it out direct to video....and that boys and girls, is why there are two prequels to the exorcist...

I\'ve heard of this movie for a while and saw it in the store a week ago, but I wanted to hear if it\'s any good before seeing it. I\'ll have to go with spawn666 about the Exorcist movies. For the most part, everyone I\'ve seen was boring.

i dont like the idea, sounds like a cheesy movie. The first exsorcist=killer movie
