best bet, convert it to an ISO and burn it with Alcohol 120%
there\'s other options, but this is one of the better ones. if the file will fit on CD, sent it to me and I\'ll do it for ya. Or, you can split the file and send it that way. Also, TMPGEnc is a great utility for this purpose.

Your going to have to buy the DVD R\'s. I am not 100% sure if you can put the file on a regular cd being that the average disc is about 700 MB and how big are the files you want to convert? Like Lobo said if your going to put all on a cd, your best bet is to split them up and put acouple on cd. Either that or buy a divx player for about 60 bucks and then you can get about 50-100 episodes on one DVD R disc.

Mike if you just want them for your own use & are not super concerned with quailty & don\'t want to spend cash on DVDR\'s, you can always use normal CDR\'s & make SVCD or a VCD, the quailty is not that bad at all & you can at least a few episodes on a disc. I think VCD is mpeg1 & SVCD is 480 by 480 & is an mpeg2 if I am wrong sorry I did this quite some time ago but SVCD & VCD\'s are not to bad especially for cartoons, the only problem is the pixels when moving massive fast it cn get sort of crappy looking, that is just an option & as one of the other members said tha TMG is a good program to convert files.
