New Vs Style Need Input

That looks amazing Mike. That looks exactly like the mask used in the promotional shot of Jason on elm street. Almost dead on.

The the only thing I\'d say is you went a little excessive on the scratchs on the top triangle if your shooting for the pre-burn look.

If it\'s post burn/mid-battle, it\'s a little lighter than it should be, I\'d go for a more almond looking base, with some more brown washes on it.

But that\'s all I can think of. It looks superb chief. If I land one of the jobs I applied for, I think I\'ll buy one in a month.

I\'m not a know it all on hockey masks, but I must say that I absoultly love it. That reminds me of the beginning of the film. Perfect shape too.

the base is almond and there are brown washed among yellow since the vs mask was a yellowish base..and the begininng mask had scratches all over it..this pic is the mask used in the pics and opening scene..and the look im goinf for isnt the opening scene im going for my own style vs mask mixed with this pics(the last one) but i wil lget better pics without flash casue it look brighter than what it really is

agreed, not to mention the rivet hole under the tri\'s.

i should have said mask wasnt done but thanks guys i was jsut seeing if this style would fly but i guess not back to the reg styles

I\'m not disputing ya chief, just trying to be helpful.

Here\'s a screencapture I just took, just saying that the top and side triangles wernt so scratched up at the beginning is all.

And if you reread my post, I said if you were shooting for a post burn look, you\'d need a much deeper almond tone and more brown washes, but since you arnt, that doesnt apply.

i got screen caps and the vs is yellow not almond but all my mask start with almond bases and brown washes..i jsut said i did a few new things and it looked cool to me and was wondering what people thought i never said it was made to look like a certain scene maybe my first post was taken the wrong way no biggy
