    ok this is the first time ive ever painted something, its 11x14 done in acrylic. tell me what you think.... pm me if you want it.

    If you paint with acrylics make sure that your paint is always wet, meaning that you can add another color and instantly mix and blend it with the previous color you put on. I hope that makes somewhat sense. It helps if you paint smaller areas at a time as well. The good thing with acrylics is that if you do make a mistake or something doesn\'t look right you can always paint it over. Hope this helps a little and make sure you show us more of your progress.

    It looks kinda dark and one dimensional. Try painting light to dark.

    its done. i wanted it to be a real life painting, but i have know idea how to paint that way, so i went my own way.

    Looks pretty cool, but things are too \'direct\' and harsh on the contrast. Don\'t put so much emphasis on the line itself. In a painting like that, there shouldn\'t really be any lines at all. Everything just fades together with the lighting. I noticed in your sketches that you like to outline the shaded areas, instead of shading and blending them in. Just work on blending and shading. Unless you were going for a \'style\', in which case: ignore everything I just said hehe.

    thanks guys. in my sketches sometime i try for the lines, but for this i didnt know how or what to do or what brush to use or how to mix the right colors, so i just when carzy.
