For those who have read the story in Stephen King\'s Skeleton Crew and KNOW how damn good it is and also know how faithful director Frank Darabont is in making King movie-adaptations, this has got to be extremely exciting news for some of you. The Mist is my all time 2nd favorite story I\'ve ever read. The ending was PERFECT. Even though King himself said it was a cop-out ending because he didn\'t know where to take the story next I think fate played a part just the same as this story would not be the awesome story it is if the ending were any different. That story was meant to have that exact ending. It leaves it up to the reader\'s - and hopefully soon now the movie goer\'s - imagination as to what happens next. And after reading such an intense, apocalyptic, monster story like this, that was damn fun to do.
