Repaint?

wanted to get your guys opinions if i should get this rare jack joker head repainted to it\'s full make-up. it is supposedly a prop make-up head from the set of the 1st batman...i like it with this weird multicoloured paintjob,but i think it has great potential to be one of the best joker masks out there if painted to it\'s full white make-up . i\'m sure it would lower the value of the prop...but i have never seen another one of theese heads and this would make a bad ASS joker. opinions needed

also,any opinions on painters?....so far i\'m leaning towards peter murphy,ive seen some of his joker paintups before and they looked great.

I say do it, it\'s obviously got you wondering and your curiosity is going to drive you nuts until you see it repainted.

Why don\'t you find some info on as why it\'s painted like this, and paint the joker casting FIRST to see if you want to do this. It\'s your piece so what the hell, but do a test first.

first get some more background info on it . yeah it\'s rare but you don\'t know how rare and you could just be repainting a 1 of a kind work of art . it would be like repainting a screen-used Hockey Mask because you don\'t like the way it was painted before or it just faded over time . you see what i mean ? but yeah it is yours and you can do whatever you want with it but i\'d get the lifecast done first . hell i don\'t think it would be a bad idea if someone made a joker mask from one . i mean they did it with the kirk .

well,if i could find any info on this mask,i would...but i have no idea who\'d be able to verify this thing. the last owner was told it was from the set...and doesnt know anything about it,he bought it from ebay years ago..and doesnt know who he got it from now. that\'s why i said supposedly. regardless,i got it because it is a great looking mask,and you cant tell me it wouldnt be a kick-ASS joker ...but it shall remain in it\'s current state. the lifecast is going in for sure though.thanks all
