Needing Abs Sheet

hey guys , i know this is a strange request but i\'m in some real desprate need right now . i told a friend of mine that i would help make his costume for a haunt he\'s working at a local theme park and he is needing the costume asap and i\'m thinking whats best to use to make it is ABS plastic since it\'s lightweight , thin , and i think if you heat it up you might be able to form it to the shape you want it . so if any of you mask makers have a spare sheet around i\'ll be willing to buy it from you because i need the pieces to be as flat as possible . also whats the best way to cut it with ? they have to be cut in strips and then i can do the rest .

Do you have a picture of what you want, I have a full special effects shop and 2 vacuum form machines..
sometimes you can call plastic companies to see if they have scrap, so you dont have to buy a whole sheet..
if you are set on doing it yourself make sure you go with .060 thickness, any thincker will be a challange without a machine. ask for Styrene.. very easy to work with, but brittle..
