Had a fright on the way to work this morning, roads were wet and a slid my car out on a bend, lost control did a 180 and nearly ended up through someone\'s house! F.....g scary!!! Thank god i stopped short! The impact hitting the gutter was violent enough to set off the air bag and it took a huge chunk out of my rear rim. The air bag ripped up the door trim when it went off, all up i\'m looking at about $500 in repairs for the door, just what i need before Christmas. At least I could drive away/walk away. Shook me up pretty bad - just goes to show things can happen when you least expect it.

Atleast you made it out okay. But you\'re definately right. Things like that can happen suddenly and mess you up real bad.

    Be careful man.

well #1 concern is knowing that you are ok and it\'s good to hear that you are . i would rather you total your car than have something serious happen to you . ya know , you can always replace a car but there\'s only one of you . just be careful with the weather and def. almost everybody driving around this time doing last minute shopping . most people around this time drive like they don\'t care what happens as long as they get the gifts they went out to get . but i hope you have a happy holiday and the same to your family .
