hate the mail system..

ive never had many problems before....but right now im completely stressing out....and i think as a result im really gonna stop buying and shipping for a while...

i mean first theres the thing with the customs fee im worrying about with the alien coming from canada,

now also on the day i expected it to come in, i see its still in quebec cuz there was some missing paperwork or something...idfk...i contacted the seller about it.....but now its gonna be another 5 days, and whos to say on that day, just like today, something is wrong and the delivery date gets extended..

also im expecting another pacakge, a clean US deal, and yesterday instead of getting my package i get a piece of paper that came off my package sealed in a thing saying my item has been damaged and maybe lost....

and of course no matter how many calls i make to the PO i still cant get someone on the phone who knows a goddamn thing...

im really getting scared im out over a grand cuz of these couple deals

its had a huge effect on my collecting habits, and im definatly done making any deals for a while.

with the exception of my sale of the hemlock mask though...i need to sell that.

just thought i would vent....

I had problems both times that I shipped/got something from Europe. Really kinda turns me off from doing business there again.

I hear you dude, i\'ve been having NOTHING but problems from the PO lately. They aren\'t delivering my Moneyorders from people apparantly and my packages are coming late as ever, it\'s starting to Piss me off.

Be sure and pay for the insurance on everything you ship and have shipped to you. Never had a package lost, so I don\'t know how that would work... but I\'m sure it would be beneficial.

I agree with you bro, the post office socks cornhole. I had a package from France lost and I was out a good $120. I think people should always ship with insurance if it is out of state. Anywhere for that matter, cause alot of the time the seller won\'t give you a refund if an item is lost. If this ever happens again, I\'m finished with collecting masks and props, it just isn\'t worth it :wacko:

I\'m in the Netherlands and I have never had trouble with international deals.Had countless of masks come in from the US,always without any hassle.I even had a full metal airsoft pistol,ultra real come in from the US,I had it within a week. :o
I just hope this thread isn\'t gonna influence any future deals. :pinch:


PS: Even had a box from China come in once,without no hassle at all! :thumbsup:

I\'ve shipped maybe over 1000 times since 1995....even animals overnighted. I\'ve very rarely had a packaged delayed and never lost. Maybe .5% is something significantly delayed. There\'s no reason to swear off shipping just because of something random like this.
