Help Please! How To Make A Custon Animated Avatar

I have Imageready and photoshop. If someone could tell me how to do it and be as specific as possible I would greatly appreciate it!

Yours is pretty seamless man! Take what you want to move and make it into a jpeg. Then using software like Macromedia Flash MX, or some other program put each fram in chronological order and convert it into a .gif animation. I don't know what other software you have, but if you have AIM I can help you out. My AIM SN is jasonfanatic666 . Granted this is a flash, but the same principles apply. And yeah, Im much better now. lol.
