This Is For Austin

I got to thinking lastnight and thought that it would be nice to get some sort of donatiton going for Austins family . i've already talked to Ben (fright-rags) about this and he would like to offer something . I had an idea in mind with him at first but he thought it might not be the best of ideas and he may be right . so i'm going in this direction to see if the NIGHTOWL family may be able to pull together and help out his family any way possible . my thoughts and prayer go out to all his family and friends . mike,

Well, here was my suggestion... Mike mentioned doing shirts for Austin in his memory, with the proceeds going to his family. I wasn\'t sure how that would do, so I suggested that we could collect donations for his family and each person who donates gets entered in a drawing for some prizes. I would be willing to offer up a $50 gift certificate as a prize, so if anyone else has anyting they\'d be willing to offer, that would be great.The initial thought was that the drawing would be random, but depending on the amount of prizes we have, we could also do it for the top three dontators or something like that. Anyway, it\'s just an idea to start...any other thoughts on this are welcome.

It would be a nice touch if some sort of memorial could be purchased with the proceeds for the family from us all, not sure what you guys in the states do but sometimes over here we plant a tree in someone's memory or have a plaque placed somewhere, just an idea.I would like to offer a hockey mask to go with one of Justin's jman masks, so if he does the maggot head I'll donate one of my P6 'He's Alive!'

And me, either a "Grampy" or "Ol Pizza Face" mask.Here's an idea or two..We could just have one trusted mod or admin to be in charge of the cash and each person donating a mask etc could ebay their item and send the cash on to the person collecting.Anyone who doesen't make masks would also be welcome to offer any donation they can afford and Paypal it to the collector.Second idea much like the first but members offering masks could first send their donated mask to the mod/admin in charge of collections and he could ebay them indavidually.I figure ebay may generate a larger total sum because it's worldwide. Someone would have to make a banner or something to display our cause and have the auctions clearly state that the masks are being sold for a good cause.If not, then keep it on these forums, just a suggestion for ya's <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />
