I know, i know....alot of you are gonna say just quit man and dont buy them anymore.I am sorry to say it is a little harder than that.I am sure we have some success story's around because i notice alot of people mentioning "from a smoke free home' in their classified post's.So if anyone has any idea on how to quit this filthy habit i would love to know.Myself i was thinking along the line's of a hypnotist but i have heard alot of people still end up smoking after that.Any help/tip's would be much apprectiated.

Man... I know a method that'll cost you around 20 bones, and is totally painless. Believe me man, i've been through it all. And this method worked for me. You wont' even crave them!! It's a book called 'Allen Carrs Easy Way to Quit Smoking' I know, i know. It sounds cheezy but it totally works. It's a quick read too. I've recommended it before to many friends, and they've had the same success that i have. Ashton Kutcher even swore by it on the tonight show. Hope this helps. It's great to be free!! <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"yes.gif\" />

smoke free home just means that the guy is forced to smoke in the garage like me as the wife won't let me smoke insideI am quitting next week for sure as well so let me know if you figure it out = it is all about willpower in my eyes and a desire to quit - hard to quit it if you still enjoy it.Shummy

I quit.... This is how u do it.....Stop buying packs... You will eventually start feeling so dumb always asking people for smokes and them getting pissed off at you, it will cause you to stop smoking...

man, I know that this is nowhere NEAR quiting smoking....but I have been very picky when it came to food and drinks, and from about the age of 10, Ive drank nothing but soda. Every time I had a meal, Id pop open a coke, pepsi, mountain dew, etc. I never would drink anything else, no juice, milk, or even water. But recently, I just decided, its getting way to unhealthy to continue drinking so much soda. So one day, I dropped it at one instant. I wanted to see if I could actually go through with it. I have only drank gatorade for about two or three months now, and I not only feel better, but I dont have to worry about pissin out any kidney stones when Im older <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Huh\" border=\"0\" alt=\"huh.gif\" />Again, I know its not that big a deal, and nowhere near as bad as smoking, but I know how hard it is to stop doing something youve been used to doing for years. Good luck man.

i've tried, if u get broncitus, or however its spelt, its easier of course, i've known lots of people to quit smoking from going on wellbutrin, of course thats a decision for urself really. or if u crave nicotine try dipping, even if cant take it for long and its gross to u, can help out with nicotine, know how u feel its tough wanting to quit, i've quit a couple times but bounce back to it, not really because i cant but i enjoy the habit lol, i know lots of cities and places are banning smoking, read online at the air force forums they wanna ban cigarettes from air force bases, so eventually never nkow what'll happen!

jomax, i still smoke but i know people who have quit and had a jar filled with a little water and the contents of an ash tray, when you feel like a smoke open the jar and take a good long stiff! The smell should remind you why you quit!!

they say a good way to counter the urge to smoke is to chew a piece of gum. you may find yourself becoming addicted to gum rather than nicotine but hey, it's a lot healthier! <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />
