Hockey Mask Painting Question

im planning on buying a blank from frightstuff and paint a pt 3. anybody in here know what type of paint i have to use to paint the Hockey Mask? thanks

will it be difficult to even out the paint? what type of tape can i use for the tris? how long is the whole painting weathering process?

Using spray paint wont make it difficult to even out the paint and the weathering proccess can take as long as you want it to. Some people spend hours and hours trying to perfect it, others 20 minutes of some black washes here and there and they're done. Depends on you and your eye for detail.

what are is best way to add scuffs and markings to a Hockey Mask?

Dunno about tape, I just hand paint my tri's, but for scuffs and scratches, almost anything from a knife to dental tools (my favorite) work good. Heavy grit sandpaper would work good for scuffs I would think, just rip off a small piece and scuff away!

Oh, and make sure you don't spray it too thick, a really thin coat will work good.
