I have fixed most of the tear. Still needs some work though about half an inch is still torn. After it's repaired it should be fine to wear again or would be awesome for a display piece. Does not include teeth or armature. JUST THE MASK. Anyway... There's no such thing as low balling here ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED... highest offer plus shipping takes it.
