So I sold my freddy silicone mask to a person from Spain and hes already paid me for it. So when I went to paypal to check the details I get the following information,Seller Protection Policy: IneligibleAddress: Unconfirmed The sender of this payment is Non-U.S. - VerifiedDoes anyone think it would be safe to ship an item to someone with this kind of information? Its kinda my fault for not asking for bidders with confirmed addresses but I didn't think about it at the time. His feedback score is 225 with no negatives but you never know. Just seems odd to me, I don't want to ship it and have him file a report with paypal saying he didn't receive it. Then I'd be out of both the money and the mask.

should be fine. If you ship it send it with a tracking # that way you can prove it was shipped if he tryed anything. you can also no when and were it is and deliverd. its more to ship but worth it. thats what i do for any international shipping.225 positive feedback, you shouldnt worry. At least you got paid and wasnt a waste of time.

When this happens I just send a email asking for them confirm that the address is correct.

Yeah I have shipped to them about 10 times with no problems. I also send an email confirmation that the address is correct. Only shipping to confirmed addresses can cost you money, although it is safer. I usually take the risk and earn more money as I have not had any problems yet. Not everyone wants to give their bank/credit info or doesn't know how to.

I got a charge back to my account becuase I did not send it to a confirmed address. I can almost be certain that your going to get a charge back 30 after you ship it. Do your self a favor and ship it insured that way you can file a claim with the Postoffice etc.

Paypal really has great customer service over the phone. If you just call and ask what to do they will give you the best advice. But your right for not just assuming everything is ok.

I wouldnt ship it bro.... This has happened to me before... you ship to an "unconfirmed addy/account" few days/weeks later then person on the other end disputes the charge... and the funds get reversed from your account and youre out the mask... regardless if you have all the paperwork, insurance etc... Pay Pal will just say "You shipped to an unconfirmed address... nothing we can do"Same yourself the grief brother... refund the dude his money and say not till your account is confirmed...Cheers,Steven

Like I said you have to weight the risk/reward ratio. So far I have never had any charge backs from shipping to about 20 unconfirmed addresses. But never sold anything for that much yet. Usually the feedback doesn't lie for the most part.
