okay guys,I made a purchase off the classifieds board around the end of July for a mask blank of a maskmurderers part one mask from the member Damnation. I send the money, and in return i get a paypal shipping email. I wait a week or so...nothing. I contact him. He tells me he sent it. I wait a little longer...still nothing, so i contact him again. He then tells me that paypal messed up in printing the mailing receipt and it now has been finally sent. I let it slide and say okay..i let another week go by...still nothing. I contact him again. He tells me it should have been there by now, and that he would send me a refund that night. I wait a few more days and then contact him again. He tells me his family is going through some stuff and that he forgot. He would refund me that night. Next day...nothing...Please be aware, that during all of these conversations and all this time, he is buying and selling stuff in the classifieds. He posts topics looking for masks to buy, saying he has the money to spend. He posts for sale threads and then changes them to trade threads, stating he has money now that he needed and wants to trade. After all of this, I get contacted by Adam/mrmorningside or maybe i contacted him(really cannot remember). Adam tells me he bought Damnation's GOH part 2 bust from him and still hadn't received it. Time goes by and the bust doesn't show up. Adam and I keep in contact during all this time. Adam finally smells a fink and files a paypal claim after several messages were ignored. I message Damnation again asking about a refund and he tells me that Adam had put a claim against him and he couldnt send me my refund. He then tells me he will ask Adam to take off the claim since the bust should be at Adam's. I contact Adam and surprise, surprise, still no bust. I finally send a final message stating that Adam and I were tired of waiting and he had until a certain time on a certain day to resolve this matter with us. He finally responds asking me to file a claim so that he can refund me and that he was working on refunding Adam right then. Much to my shock(insert sarcasm here) neither of us have gotten any kind of refund. I specifically told Damnation I would do this if our business did not get resolved. I do not make threats, so I felt I needed to follow through with my plan. The last straw was tonight, when Adam messages me to tell me that Damnation had in fact posted the GOH part 2 bust up for auction on ebay. I checked the link and sure enough, there it was. Either he put it up for auction, or someone else is using his pictures...which i seriously, seriously doubt. At this point, I doubt I will get my money back..and i really do not care anymore. I will not stand here though, and allow him to continue frequenting this board and buying and selling items, when he has done this not only to me...but to adam as well. If he will do it to us, then he will do it to any and all of you as well. I have been involved in this hobby for many, many years and you all know how upfront and honest I am. I am the first one willing to step up and help people out in their time of need. I would not be typing all of this, if there were any other avenue I could possibly follow. The intent of this thread is to let all of you know what is going on and with who. Please keep this in mind when doing business with the member called Damnation. I am sure Adam will post a reply to this as well.....take care,Tommy
