There's certain guys you would absolutely love to deal with, Pugsly, Dougie, etc... They make the classifieds fun and easy.... but for the past 2 months, dealing with some people has been such a headache. It started in August with a done deal for the amount of $250. The dude asked dozens of questions, requested pics. Said he needed 4 days. Then after they came and went, he needed more time to get money from ebay auctions.... that whole thing ended up being a waste of time as he never paid and then disappeared.Tried selling a Hockey Mask, someone asked to hold "until this Friday". Friday came never heard a word, although his word was he will buy it. Tried selling a glove, 4 members asked about it, 1 just inquired about details, 3 requested to hold for a couple of days 1 later backed out, other 2, never heard back from. Is this going on to alot of you guys? Please, only PM if you're serious about buying and only ask to hold if you WILL have funds available during the time period you asked for the hold

Time to change the way you deal bud. Unless I know the member well I will not hold items at all. First with payment gets it. Sucks but that's just the way things have gone.

I think alot of people to with the way the cost of living sky rocketing back out as they need other things first.I dont know if that is it though.Another thing is that this site brings alot of newcomers around halloween time thus creating issues as well.

Yeah it has happened to me in the past thats why I never hold things for people, unless I know them. I guess some people just like to waste your time or decide they dont want it anymore...A PM would be good though to let the person know you are not interested anymore

Haven't had any trouble with people not paying me or backing out of deals at all......BUT,I have been buying and selling on Prop and Replica Forums for over 10 years now and I have never been ripped off.......until 5 months ago, on this forum, I was taken for $$$ by a member selling a Pumpkinhead bust that was never sent out to me, or a refund....... and then AGAIN, I was ripped of for $$ by a MODERATOR of this Forum never sending me the item I purchased or a refund!!You guys should know.... these Losers are giving your home a BAD Name!Joe

That's an idea, but sadly that wouldn't have saved anyone from the former mod here who ripped off dozens and dozens of people.................................Larry
