I'm a huge fan of the look of new blood so I picked this up this past saturday for $40 f'n dollars!! I tried talking myself out of it due to needing to buy people christmas presents, but it was too awesome to pass up so I bought it and I gotta say its the best figure I own now. I knew if I went at another time to buy it they wouldnt have it.EDIT - it actually looks better in person than it does in that picture.

Just like you said it looks way better in person, plus the box is great too.

Yep! That's the new MEZCO 12" Part VII Jason. I've had mine for about a week now...It's one of the best Jason "toys" ever made, if not THE best, in my opinion. Not only is his mask removable, but it comes with a second BROKEN mask, along with a movie-accurate scythe, ax, and machete. Its torso is fully sculpted underneath the cloth shirt, and it looks AMAZING...They really went all out for this design. Here are some of my pics:<img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200283.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200285.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200286.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200287.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200292.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200296.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h98/MoonlitDevil/P1200291.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />Cheers,Ryan

Nice! I think the Cult Classic I have is the best part 7 overall, but this one looks great. This one looks like a combo of part 6 and 7, which is actually how Jason should look, more accurate than the movie transition. I might get this, as most know I am a diehard newblood fan.

All the accessories are accurate part 7 props, and the entire body and mask (including completely awesome face) is 100% part 7...In fact, the NECA version you refer to is way more of an amalgam of Part 6 and 7 due to the yellow gloves it wears...Cheers,Ryan

Because of the two different color tones, grey and green. But they got that mixed up here, the shirt looks grey and the pants green, which should be the opposite for part 6. Part 7 shirt and pants are dark or olive green. I also like the gloves on the figure which is why I recreated the look for my life-sized/costume. Also the Hockey Mask seems a bit big and not cut enough on this one.
