hey guys - i thought i'd see if anybody would be interested in a mask stand. these are a cheaper alternative to the normally more expensive stands. these are made of smooth/thick cardboard tubing, and are strong as an ox. you could probably run over one with your car and not hurt it (but i wouldn't recommend it). the measurments are approx. 10"L X 4"W w/ the tube being 3/8" thick, and they come painted satin black. i made these for a few of my mask, and liked them so well that i sold my more expensive stands, and now i just use these. they look really nice, but what i like is that they're not very noticable, and they're very sturdy. they almost act as a neck (because of the width) for your mask, and the masks sit very firmly on them. i've attached a couple of photos - one to show the stand, and the other to show you how well they display the masks. i'll sell them in sets of 5 @ $25 a set plus $5 shipping. example - 5 for$30 / 10 for $60 / 15 for $90, etc. so order up, and even if you don't order some, let me know how you think they look. like i said, i use them for all my masks now, and they work perfect <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

very, very, very, very, very, cool and original. My only issue would be them possibly not being able to hold up a large heavy mask, or a foam filled mask.take care,Tommy

Those cardboard tubings are exactly what I use to display my masks. They work FANTASTIC! ANd he's right... very sturdy and strong. I need to get mine painted black like yours. Never really thought to do that for some reason.<img src=\"http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d162/DriftingTurd248/100_2015.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Is there any risk of the black paint coming off on the inside of the mask?
