how do i get a hold of bob at mmfx i am dying to get his x undermask when i go to his site and go to contact it wants to send the email thru outlook express and im having problems with it is he a member here on the boards and i heard he wasnt to good at responding to emails how does he do buisiness if he doesnt respond ??? anyhow any info helps guys thanx

<maskmurderers@cogeco.ca>Yeah he seems to suck at responding to emails. He responded at the minute I would send him them until he got my money. Right now I am trying to see when he is sending out my bust, which he still has not replied. Oh well.

I sent him an e-mail not too long ago and he replied within a day or two. He's also on MySpace and Facebook.I would try sending him an e-mail. Just use the e-mail address that is in the Outlook Express window that opens/appears when you click 'Contact'.If you can't send through Outlook Express, just use Hotmail or any other e-mail service.

To see, I just emailed Bob and he responded quick, so I reckon he \gets barraged with emails and takes time to get back. Like was said earlier, hit him on Myspace.

I'll have to give Bob props here, when I was working on a mask with him he asked for my phone#. I thought to my self he'll never call, welp a day later from Canada he calls. When you send him a email put your phone number on it. You might get lucky

I've done business with Bob twice.Both times he shipped fairly quickly and I didn't have any problems.His communication isn't the best, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

I got 3 masks from him 3 or so years ago and yeah his communication was bad and he took a little while longer than specified to ship. I put a hold on PayPal funds and he then shipped. I'm not saying if I did not put a hold he wouldn't have shipped, but it was nearing the 45 day cut off and had to do it. I did it more based on his bad communication, which again doesn't mean he does bad service.I have a bust on order from him and communication hasn't been perfect, but at the same time not horrible.I heard stories as well, and I can't vouch good or bad with those stories.

I have bought many pieces from Bob over the years and his communication was always poor and shipping was fairly slow. I will say he has improved some. Your best bet is to hit him up om myspace.-Jared

He still owes me a bunch of things. I think its been about 2 years now. Last time I asked for an update he got all pissed off so I posted negative comments about him on a few forums and that pissed him off even more. I'm sure I'm out nearly $1000. Buy from him on ebay. He seems to go through with his transactions on there.
