it was pretty much a given that he was gonna get it . i mean personally to me , weither he died or not i think he still deserved it because that is a performance that you rarely see these days . man i miss him so much and it's always hard to watch his films now just like Brandon Lee . mike,R.I.P.

A well deserved win. In a way it's such a shame as well because now people are going to say that he won because he is dead, when the truth is that he put on one of the best perfomances of the year. P.S. Mickey Rourke was robbed. Sean Penn for Milk, give me a fucking break.
