This is the beginning of a project that will, when finalized, consist of this removable mask and a bust of Thomas Hewitt which will, altogether, provide a clothed, displayable piece. This is the remake mask, which will be cast in latex to begin with, and eventually silicone and foam latex. I went for the ultimate screen accuracy with this, blending the overall form of the famous newline pull (which perfectly matches the distorted figure after the mask has been worn in the film, a shape which does not match the original sculpt) with the detail (in the texture, wrinkles and scars) of the actual sculpt. I am extremely pleased with the results thus far, and will be done the sculpt very soon. <img src=\"http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e300/qtkissme90/IMG_0035-1.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />
