Mint 75 Kirk

After seeing a recent discovery of an original 1975 Kirk on the MM.NET boards, I immediately asked Nik to go to work on one of these bad boys. I'm sure I got on his last nerve with every detail I requested, but he was able to re-create it perfectly with flying colors. I asked him to do the sideburns longer than most Kirks are, (more like the Kirk that was just discovered). I also asked to make the overall base very "fleshy". I then requested that he do slight pink shading around the eyes, lips, ears, etc. Lastly, I asked for the hair to be as soft and accurate as the original 75 Kirks were, and boy did he come through. I can't say enough about this mask. I think it was Larry who said something along the lines of, "I'd much rather have a Kirk replica than an original. That way I can hold it and not have to worry about ruining it.". VERY true! I don't think this mask will ever leave my collection, nor will it be converted. Nice Score Man!But does this mean Nik is still making Mint75's? I've seen many of the 10 kirk copys converted I thought they were all gone and sold. or was this just a special request?

The hair has a great soft look to it, love the detail around eyes lips and so forth....great job by nik man.....
