Question Bout Shipping

hey guys i was just curious im in canada and sent a package to a member in germany and want to know if any of you know what postal service takes over once it is out of canada on way to germany id like to check the tracking to see where it is and need the link thanx guys

i have always been under the impression that once it leaves Canadian soil...the tracking number no longer works. Maybe a Canadian member can chime in and tell me differently. I know tracking tends not to work for the USPS once it leaves the country.take care,Tommy

I've used tracking numbers from the US to both Germany and France and was able to track it even overseas. It SHOULD work on the USPS website.

Shipping from Canada to Europe can run you 3 to 8 weeks depending on the size of the item or the shipping method.If the item is fragile make sure that it is sent Xpresspost or the faster shipping method.Surface shipping is extremely slow and I have had packages that took two and half months to arrive.

I know when things are shipped from Canada to US, it will be tracked until it leaves Canada by Canada post and then switches over to USPS if it's a trackable package.
