They don't use soldering guns. The soldering is done with torches.-Joseph

Propane torch. Buy one at Lowes or Home Depot. Get flux to clean the metal. Use lead-free solder. You can also search youtube for "make a freddy glove". <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Smile\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />

<img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Big Grin\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" /> Here is a pic of what to look for, you can sometimes pick up a kit that has everything you would need, but if you are using stainless blades you need solder that contains some silver in it or it won't bond to the stainless. Good luck <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> [attachment=31725:022.JPG]

You can hand cut the parts... be prepare to be challenged though. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Smile\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />
