As noted earlier here on the website, Brock Lesnar has been forced to withdraw from his upcoming UFC Heavyweight Championship defense against Shane Carwin at UFC 106. The report states that Lesnar has been ill with the flu for 3 1/2 weeks and has been unable to train. With the fight less than a month away, Lesnar has decided to pull out. According to Shane Carwin’s Twitter, the fight has been moved to UFC 108 on January 2nd in Las Vegas, NV. Carwin posted the following: “I just heard from Jason. Looks like it is posponed till Jan 2. I had h1ni myself and I understand how devastaing it can be.”personally I think that he pulled out of the fight because he didn't like how close it was between the two and he wants more time to put some extra mass on so he stands out as the bigger guy of the two . that's just how i feel but could be wrong . i just think he likes to go into fights like that so he can use that to his advantage like he did with the Randy fight by outweighing him by 45 lbs . mike,
