krylon crystal clear acrylic clear coat, satin finish or glossy , your preference.
glossy can be knocked down with steel wool if you want it a tiny bit less shiny.
Increasing the distance a little between your spraytip and the piece you\'re coating will also take away from the shine, but you\'ll need to spray a bit more of it in several light coats to achieve full coverage and keep it uniform. Doing this also seems to reduce the cure time some as well.
whenever i seal a mask with the spray stuff, i find it always cracks. so what to do, is stand far away from the mask and do short light sprays on the mask, and dont to do much in one area.

Well, it IS a spray for hard areas, like plastic, wood, metal, etc. On latex, its bound to crack either way. If you didnt mind a shiney look, maybe you could use perma-wet???
