undoubtedly the convention has been pushed back until next year 2011. Just thought I would give a heads up to anyone who didn't know. From what I have read, there has been some serious drama revolving around this convention for awhile...

from what I have read, it had already been postponed once due to an establishment canceling on them. Now, it has finally come to light, after their current establishment began canceling reservations on all the guests and attendees, that one person has been sabotaging the entire event. There have been death threats involved, all kinds of other drama as well. The promoters have now pushed back the dates until may of 2011. This is the same one that Mario was attached to at one point and for whatever reason could not come to terms with the promoters...

Yeah from what Ive heard its one King Richard thats been causing issues for the people organizing it.... the guys screwed sh!t up before at cons and such... Im surprised the dude hasnt been sh!t kicked already... apparently Steve Dash got a death threat from him... from what Ive heard Steve Dash and Ted White almost went to town on the dude... and apparently he was freakin scared sh!tless!!!!

I feel bad for John too... organizing something like this is hard! And to have this sh!t happen and trying to sort it out sucks... not too mention that having hundreds of pissed off people jumping down his throat wanting refunds and talk about lawsuits... sucks! People should give the guy a few days to sort sh!t out...

He might have caused some problems but I don't believe that one person did all that. I have heard for months that the convention was in trouble.

I find it hilarious that they won't give refunds. The convention has been moved not canceled so they can keep the money. We only have to wait 9 months and hope there isn't more "foul play".
