just wondering how long they take to ship stuff????

ok dude.. i ordered from them, back when the part 3 jason came out from ss. i of course preordered it in like november 01 or 02? it was to ship in august either 02 or 03, so i wait and i wait. so i finally try to contact them and they have heard nothing of my order...so i was like wtf mate?
i asked to speak to the supervisor and they finally pulled up my order and said, \'oh sorry, we messed up, we\'ll have to ship you another one, because the ones we had are sold out.\'
i would be careful i guess.
